An͏ Agent with IntegrityBuying a home can be such a stressful experience, having an agent that you can trust is so important. We didn't know Kate before we met her at the home open but it was immediately apparent that she is the real deal. An agent with integrity, that speaks honestly and with a genuine interest in meeting the needs of both the buyer and the seller. Kate was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the house, the suburb and the process. She was always professional and courteous and followed up on every query. I do hope that Kate will still be working in real estate when we are looking to sell!

Our experience with Kingsley was personable and enjoyable. He was so invested in the sale of our bespoke home in Margaret River. We’ve had lots to do with buying and selling homes in the past and he clearly has been the best we have worked with.Allowing someone to know your home intimately can we quite intimidating.we never felt that way with Kingsley.Our home sold quickly, which allowed us to move on to purchase another we really liked. Would recommend him super highly.

I have never had a better experience with an agent before. Luke was diligent, organised and always made things work. He helped me find a place when he didn’t know me, in a renting market that was overwhelming and competitive. He made sure I was in the rental property in a timely matter and when I moved over during the pandemic and I was in isolation, he anticipated that I’d need bedding supplies and bought them for my arrival. Shellabears are such a great real estate agency - they’re trustworthy, honest, very good communicators and all very lovely people who will get the work done.
